The 31-year-old southpaw – who was British light-welterweight champion from 2017 to 2018 – thinks he is at the start of a big period in his career and he's excited about his upcoming bout against Regis Prograis.
He told Boxing News magazine: "I feel like this is my second coming.
"I don't feel old, I feel young.
"I look after my body and I live well.
"I'm 31 years old but I'm at a stage now where I'm in a position to get these big fights.
"But I feel like I'm only at the start of that and there will be a lot of big nights ahead."
Jack was originally supposed to face Regis in August but had to pull out due to an injury, and he thinks that was a sign for him to "slow down".
He said: "To be fair, it was thick and fast. We had the fight [against Josh Taylor in May] and then I got married a week later and we were straight in the gym because this fight got put upon us.
"Over the last couple of years where I haven't had the activity, I am obviously going to say 'yes' straight away, but maybe the injury was a sign that I'd been too busy and that I needed a little extra time.
"All I know is I'm fit and ready now."
