The German coach stepped down after nine years in charge at Anfield at the end of last season and is overjoyed to see the Reds doing so well under his successor Arne Slot.
Klopp – who has taken up his new position as head of global soccer at Red Bull – said: "I'm so happy that they do so well, that's what I was hoping for.
"I'm in contact with some people, with Arne texting, players texting, stuff like this. There is not 0.01 percentage that I think, 'Oh my God, I should still be there', not at all.
"I'm more than happy not to be there. Because they are doing so well that's really great, I wish them all the best and I watch as many games as I can and could, because it's great football.
"Even if you don't support Liverpool right now you'd better watch it because it's really top, top, top football, maybe the best balanced in the world out there right now. I'm really, really happy about that."
Klopp also insists that he will not be managing any clubs in the Red Bull portfolio – which includes RB Leipzig and RB Salzburg – in his new position.
He said: "I will not be the coach of a Red Bull team. That is a clear commitment. As much as you can give a guarantee, I will not be a coach at all.
"I am probably the only person in this room who will be asked where are you in five years, I don't have a clue.
"But I will not be a replacement of one of those Red Bull coaches. I hope we can create a structure where these questions will not come up at all."
