Barca president Joan Laporta claimed that the club turned down a £260 million offer for the teenage star last year but Yamal has no intention of leaving the Catalan giants.
Asked about the approach, the 17-year-old footballer told Mundo Deportivo: "I don't hear about it.
"If someone in my camp does, they wouldn't have told me, either. Firstly, and above all, because I have a contract and then because I think it's impossible that I would go to another club."
Yamal's current contract expires in 2026 but there is said to be a verbal agreement in place to extend terms until 2030 when he turns 18 later this year - although he insists his commitment to Barca is without question.
The Spain international said: "I don't think anyone doubts how much I love this club. I have said as much as since I made my debut and everything will be resolved in the end.
"If both parties want something to happen, it will happen. In July (when he turns 18), when the next season starts, everything will be resolved and everyone will see.
"But right now I am focused on La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey."
Barcelona have moved ahead of rivals Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in the La Liga title race and Yamal claims that his team must believe that they are the best if they are to win the league.
He said: "Being favourites or not doesn't give you anything.
"We have to think we're the best team and the side that play the best football, and I think we are. We play the best football and we want to win La Liga."
