The British fighter's future was called into question following her defeat to Lauren Price last week but she claims that she could return to the ring if a big opportunity materialises by the end of 2025.
Jonas told Pitch to Pod: "I don't know, the opportunities now are very limited.
"I think Katie Taylor's got a fight with [Amanda] Serrano. There's potentially going to be a fourth fight if maybe Serrano wins that.
"They [Mikaela Mayer and Sandy Ryan] fight soon, but then I know Lauren will get the winner of them, which means potentially wait until the end of the year again and another 11 months out, which is just far too long. It's just far too long.
"So we'll see. I'll never, I'll never say never because I've been retiring for the last 10 years. So we'll see. We'll see."
Jonas' long-time trainer Joe Gallagher revealed after the fight that he urged the competitor to retire last year but would support her decision if she opted to carry on.
He told Sky Sports: "Natasha has got to have time away with her family and her daughter, go on holiday, and she'll make her decision when she comes back.
"Whatever she chooses to do I'll back her. A year ago I was asking her to retire after she beat Mikaela Mayer so everybody knows how I feel about it. She [Price] was just a little bit too quick and too sharp on the night."
Jonas suggested after the fight that she could hang up her gloves and focus on her budding commentary career.
The veteran fighter said: "I think emotions are running high right now and Joe has been asking me to retire for a very long time.
"I actually enjoy sitting next to you Andy (Scott), Anna (Woolhouse) and Johnny (Nelson) and commentating so maybe we look at that afterwards."
