The IBF heavyweight world champion hasn't fought since crushing Joshua last September to defend his world title but explained that he "wants to deck" the three biggest names in the division.
Dubois told talkSPORT: "Well, those are the names I want. Usyk, Parker or AJ.
"One of the big three. That's what I'm after right now...I heard a lot of people saying that after the Parker thing, that I'm ducking people.
"But right now I just want to deck someone...Line them up for me. I want them.
"Stay tuned, guys. I'm coming back soon. I can't wait to get back in there - firing on all cylinders...back with a vengeance. I can't wait."
Dubois had been supposed to fight Parker in February but was forced to pull out of the bout at the last minute after being struck down by illness and explained that he wanted to rearrange a clash against the New Zealander as the withdrawal left a "bitter taste".
The fighter said: "I want to run it back [with Parker]. If they can get that fight on, that’s the fight I want next.
"It’s unfinished business and it’s left a bitter taste in my mouth. I want to fight them all. I want to fight Parker definitely."
Meanwhile, British veteran Derek Chisora is the mandatory challenger for the IBF belt and is eyeing a fitting farewell to the sport with a world title clash at Wembley Stadium.
He told Sky Sports: "We'll see what happens, but I want that shot since the IBF made me mandatory for it. I want it, there's no two ways about it. I want it badly.
"I want to fight Daniel. It's a good story, because behind the whole thing is he's trained by my old trainer. It's a very exciting fight, and I just want that shot now."
