The 30-year-old heavyweight is due to face the American at Ipswich’s Portman Road on 7 June and while he’s only seen one of his own 19 fights go beyond seven rounds, he’s expecting things to be much different.
He told Boxing News magazine: “He’s never hit the canvas, which is credit to his chin and credit to the size of his head.
“I think he’s the only man in boxing with a head bigger than mine, so that is an achievement of its own.
“I’m not dumb to the fact it’s going to be a long night’s work.
“Getting him out of there is always a possibility but it’s never definite.
“Ultimately, I do carry that one-punch knockout power, that lightning-fast KO power.”
And Fabio also thinks Jarrell’s typical style will stop working for him in the long-term.
He added: “Also, Jarrell’s best defence is his face. It’s the way he does things. He soaks up pressure, he takes shots and he can ride them and whatever, but we’ve seen how well that worked for Joe Joyce and also how well it didn’t work for him at a certain point of his career.
“There does come a point where, look, you’ve just come off of 10 rounds with Daniel Dubois, and he took a bunch of shots.
“You’re not just brushing that off, that has an effect on you. You will carry that over into the next fight.”
