The two fighters will finally settle their long-standing rivalry when they meet in the ring on Saturday (26.04.25) and the former believes that his class will show against his opponent.
Eubank Jr said: "This fight isn't about size or weight. It's about skill. It's about dedication. It's about expertise. All those areas I excel in.
"I'm a complete fighter, I've been doing this for so long now I've forgotten more things than he knows and that will show on the night.
"The experience, dedication and the will - these will be the deciding factors."
Eubank Jr echoed the words of his father - who enjoyed famous bouts against Conor's dad Nigel Benn in the 1990s - as he vowed to put in a masterclass against his compatriot.
The fighter said: "The procedure will be parliamentary.
"That's the only thing I can say about this. Everything will go how I want it to go.
"I will be like a matador in the ring and Conor Benn will be the bull."
The clash will be held at Eubank Jr's preferred middleweight - with Benn moving up from welterweight - but the boxer explained that he is "uncharted territory" at the prospect of having to be weighed again on the day of the fight.
He told Sky Sports: "Uncharted territory. It's one of those things that when a challenge is put in front of me, I don't shy away from it. It excites me.
"The real weight cut doesn't really come until the week of the fight for most fighters. It's tough. I'm not going to lie. It's not fun, it's not nice. It's part of the sport having to boil yourself down to a certain weight.
"But this is what we sign up for. This is what we do as professional athletes. As elite-level fighters we have to go through these trials, these tribulations."
