The company will operate more than 170 outbound services between October 2025 and April 2026, representing over 34,000 seats and a capacity increase of 6 per cent compared to Winter 24/25.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: "We are delighted to be announcing this exciting programme of scheduled services and once-in-a-lifetime trips to Iceland for Winter 25/26. It represents our biggest Iceland programme to date, providing an unrivalled choice of departure points from across the UK, and it comes in response to the strong demand from customers and independent travel agents. With flights and city breaks to Iceland now on sale from all 12 of our UK airport bases, including our newest bases, Bournemouth and Liverpool John Lennon, customers and independent travel agents can enjoy incredible choice and flexibility when it comes to visiting this bucket list destination.

"Iceland is a destination that continued to enjoy enormous popularity thanks to its abundance of natural wonders such as the Northern Lights and Golden Circle. As well as geothermal spas, geysers, natural parks and the incredible Aurora Borealis, Iceland also offers the ultimate city break destination in stylish Reykjavik, which is the world’s northernmost capital. The dazzling beauty of Iceland, coupled with the award-winning benefits available through Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks, means we are confident that this programme will be another resounding success, and we will see more customers than ever before visiting this breathtaking destination."

Grétar Már Garðarsson, Director of Airline Relations Route Development at Keflavik Airport, added: "We at Keflavik Airport are thrilled to welcome Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks and their new and expanded winter schedule for 2025/2026. We are delighted to hear of the capacity increase and that two new destinations, Bournemouth and Liverpool, will be added to the current ten. This is a continuation of Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks adding to their schedule every year since their first full program at Keflavik Airport in 2019. This is a clear sign of the opportunity Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks see in Iceland as a continued important destination for the UK market."
