From March 31, the company will be offering passengers the chance to travel from Southhampton Airport to the French capital and bosses are "thrilled" with the new direct service.
Chris Tibbett, aviation director at AGS Airports, said: "Paris is a vital and well-loved destination for the Central South region, and we’re thrilled to see easyJet launch this direct service from Southampton to Paris Orly."
The flight time from Southampton to Paris Orly airport is usually around 80 minutes long and Tibbett pointed out that the route will become a "popular" one because of French attractions like Disneyland
He said: “With its easy access to the city and nearby attractions like Euro Disney, this will undoubtedly be a popular route. This latest addition underlines the strength of easyJet’s operations in Southampton and provides even more opportunities for local travellers."
The budget airline first launched fights from the airport in 2017, and the new service will run twice-weejlly once they have launched in a few month' time.
